Life can feel like a bit of a treadmill sometimes, can’t it? You’re putting in the effort, but it can seem like you’re stuck in place. Often, it’s the little things we do—or don’t do—that can hold us back more than we realise. You might not even notice these habits creeping into your daily routine, but they can have a big impact on your progress. Let’s take a look at 14 bad habits that can stop you from ever moving forward in life.

1. Procrastination

 Procrastination is one of those sneaky bad habits that can really drag you down. It’s easy to convince yourself that you’ll tackle that task “tomorrow” or “later.” The problem is that “later” never seems to come. 14. Surrounding yourself with negative people
