The Stations of the Cross is a valuable resource for Catholics seeking to deepen their devotion to the Passion of Christ. As we approach the Lenten season between March and April, The Stations of the Cross booklet is available for purchase at the MCA office for N500. We encourage all parents and guardians to get a copy for their children to use during the Lenten season.
MCA Activities for the First Quarter
The Missionary Childhood Association (MCA) Lagos Archdiocese is excited to announce its lineup of activities for the first quarter of 2025. Some of the highlights include:
– The Presentation of Child Jesus in Families (parish levels).
– The Feast of the Presentation of the Child Jesus will take place from January 5th
– February 2nd, 2025. The children are encouraged to have performances and drama presentations in their parishes.
– MCA Patrons and Patronesses /Stakeholders Annual Meeting 2025

• 11:00 am: Holy Mass
1:00 pm: Meeting proper
– MCA First General Meeting
for 2025 and Opening Mass/ Animators’ Retreat holds on Saturday, February 1st, 2025.
Venue: Holy Cross Cathedral, Lagos.
The programmes are scheduled as follows:
• General Meeting: 10:00 am prompt at the hall.
• Holy Mass: 12:00 noon.
• Opening Retreat: 1:00 pm at the Hall.
