The Catholic Priests in the entire Archdiocese of Lagos recently gathered at Domus Fides, Ikeja, Lagos, for a three-day Annual Advent Retreat, as the Church embarks on a new liturgical year. Held in batches respectively at various times, the Retreat accorded the Priests opportunities to reflect on their pastoral ministry, pray, share experiences and fraternise. His Eminence, John Cardinal Onaiyekan, Archbishop Emeritus of Abuja was the Retreat Moderator in Batch A that had in attendance, His Eminence, Anthony Cardinal Okogie, Archbishop Emeritus of Lagos. He was also Chief Celebrant at the Closing Mass of the Retreat of the first batch.
