The Knights of St. Mulumba, Nigeria, Lagos Metropolitan Council, held a policy advocacy conference on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Metropolitan Club, Kofo Aboyomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. Themed ‘Decongestion of Correctional Centres/Status Quo’, the initiative is geared to engender policies and reforms for equitable and effective administration of the Nigerian Correctional Service in a way that is consistent with international standards.
