The point is, fruit is good. Eating fruit is an excellent way to stay healthy and reduce risk of disease. Fruits are first-rate sources of essential vitamins and minerals. Berry grapes
My favourite fruit is berry grapes. I love berry grapes because it’s one of the fruits mentioned in the Bible and also it has low sugar and low calories. Berry grapes supply nutrients such as vitamin C and K, which are powerful antioxidant necessary for connective tissue health, vital for blood clotting and strong bones.
Apple
I love apple a lot, a proverb says an apple a day keeps the doctor away and also apple contains niacin, citric and salicylic acid. l love apple because of its taste and the nutrients it gives to the body.
Pineapple
My favourite fruit is pineapple. It contains a high amount of fiber, vitamin c, potassium and vitamin k(19). Studies show that the antioxidants in apples can promote heart health and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer (20, 21, 22, 23). I love pineapple because of the sweetness and the nutrients it gives to the body.
Orange
My best fruit is orange. It’s a good source of vitamin C nutrient. Its health benefit include serving as an antioxidant and boosting the immune system, it also aids digestion.
Banana
My favourite fruit is banana. I love banana because it is a fruit that is easy to buy and can be eaten as snacks. It is rich in fibre and can be used to make yogurt. Banana is rich in Vitamin B and iron mineral that gives blood to the body for proper functioning of the heart and other organs of the body.
