To those in leadership and to the young and upcoming, I urge you to recognise your dual role as both the present and the future. Currently, you are actively shaping the lives of your communities and institutions. As you prepare to take on leadership roles, you will also be responsible for forming and guiding the next generation. I implore you to be the bridge that connects the outgoing generation with the incoming one.
By sharing life experiences and wisdom, you will not only learn from each other but also inspire one another to rekindle your passion and commitment. This synergy will enable your community to live out the Gospel more authentically. My hope is that, together, you will create a space where brotherhood, acceptance, and love can thrive. By doing so, you will present to the world a shining example of Christ’s teachings, a ‘City on a Hill’ that testifies to the power of His words. The world is waiting for you.”
