All is set for the maiden convocation
ceremony of the Augustine Universi-
ty, Ilara, Epe, owned by the Catholic
Archdiocese of Lagos.
According to a release signed by
the Registrar of the University, Mrs
Margaret Aziba, the convocation will
come up on October 24, 2019 during
which 36 successful graduands will
be presented from the 54 pioneer stu-
dents that were admitted.
“In October 2015, Augustine Uni-
versity embarked on a journey to be
a leader in the delivery of quality ca-
reer oriented higher education both at
national and international levels. This
quest has brought to fruition, the first
product of a rigorous formation both-
er academically and in character. This
is in line with our guiding principles
as enshrined in the institution’s motto,
‘for learning and for character.’”
