“After a prayerful reflection, I hereby appoint you as the Assistant Director of Social Communications of the Archdiocese. Cognisant of your expertise in the field of Social Communications, I am confident you will bring new ideas, innovations and creativity to the Apostolate of Social Communications in the Archdiocese. The Directorate of Social Communications is the organ of the Church for bringing Christ to the world, I am sure you will do your best to ensure that the media is adequately used in making the message of the Church known near and far.
