S
t. Patrick Catholic
Charismatic Renewal
(Amen Community),
Alaba, Ojo celebrated her
2019 Annual Songs Festival
tagged ‘Blissful Experience’
on Friday, 13th September,
2019, barely

a fortnight after their an-
nual rally tagged ‘A New

Experience’.
The Parish Priest, Very

Rev. Fr. Francis Ike, while
declaring the ceremony
open, eulogized the efforts
of Amen Community in
putting together the life
changing programme. He
urged on all the faithful to
lift up their burdens to God
through worship, praises
and dancing, assuring them
that God answers prayers.
The Praise and Worship

Ministry Leader, Bro. Do-
natus Onwuana said that

the event was organized to

appreciate God for the suc-
cessful rally held between

28th August, 2019 and 30th
August, 2019.
While citing the example
of Paul and Silas who sang
songs of praise and had
their freedom and also the
Worship in Heaven, Rev. 4:
8-11, he revealed that t
he Songs of Festival
marked the 3rd successful
series, and prayed for its
continuity.

Similarly, the Co-ordina-
tor of Amen Community,

Bro. Chigozie Okonkwo
corroborated the speeches
of Bro. Onwuana, adding
that leaders who are ready
to serve God must also be
ready to pay a price.
The Guest Artiste, Evang.
Amaka Okwuoha, aka,
Chioma Jesus entertained

at the event. Several pa-
rishioners received their in-
stant blessings and healings

for the sick.
