‘Achieve these objectives – Prayer, Evangelization and Almsgiving’
As an MCA child and in order to become a better missionary for Jesus in 2023, it is my responsibility to follow these three objectives: Prayer, Evangelization and Almsgiving in achieving that goal. These are ways I will try to live out these objectives in 2023:
Prayer
I will tell my friends about the five colours of the MCA Rosary and the countries they stand for; with that I will teach them how to pray the mission Rosary. I will always attend prayer meetings and participate fully in all spiritual activities. I will always attend Sunday Masses to be able to grow deeper in my spiritual life and I will try to observe the daily activities in the Church’s calendar.
Evangelization
I believe the best way to evangelize is by making myself a living Bible. I can make myself a living Bible by always saying the truth, obeying my parents and elders and respect my younger ones. I will try to abide by the 10 Commandments.
Almsgiving
As a child I really do not have much to help the poor with, but I will try my best in saving towards my Mission Bank in which the money will be sent to those in need.

‘Obey my parents and elders; help the people in need’
I plan to become a better missionary for Jesus by firstly, obeying my parents and Elders. Also, I plan to help the people in need by spreading the good news about Jesus Christ, to my friends and Families, by showing love to everyone around me. Furthermore, I will obey God’s commandment and say the M.C.A Rosary every day. Lastly, I will turn away from all bad things I do so that I will live a life that pleases God.

‘Build a strong network of prayer’
I am planning to become a better missionary for Jesus in the year 2023 by:
1. Building a strong network of prayer: I will achieve this by creating a group for praying and encouraging children to join. For the Bible says in Matthew 18:20, “for where two or three gather in my name, I am there with them.”
2. By showing people the way to God: I will teach my friends and people how to read the Bible- Psalm 32:8 “I will teach you the way you should go; I will instruct and advise you.”
3. Repenting from my sin: I will repent from my sin to win souls for Christ and ask for forgiveness for the Bible says in Luke 17:3 “so watch yourself, if your brother or sister sin, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him,” and in Matthew 3:1 – John the Baptist preaches repentance.

‘Share my things with the less privileged’
I can be a better missionary for Jesus this year by:
1. Sharing my things with the less privileged.
2. By praying to God for the children of the whole world.
3. By preaching and speaking about Jesus to children who are yet to know about Him.
4. By being punctual at MCA meetings.
5. By visiting the motherless babies’ homes and showing them love, care and support.
6. By visiting the homes of barren women during family visitation, praying for them and inviting Jesus into their homes.
7. By actively participating in the activities of the MCA throughout the year.

‘Bring more members to the MCA’
I will become a better missionary for Jesus by bringing more members to the MCA and by helping the poor and needy in my own little way. I will obey and listen to my parents and I want to exhibit new and godly characters so others can emulate.
